If it works out,I'll download the textures and see if my computer can handle it. I just tried it,and i must say it's working out pretty well. I tried the very low setting but wasn't satisfied with the reflection resolution,so i copypasted the reflection settings from medium and put it into very low,no FPS difference but a high improvement in reflection.
However,i still have some FPS drops,i was interested,i heard about a commandline that allows some people to boost their FPS by ,i tried one configuration but it didn't change anything for me,maybe you know of a good one? Or maybe you know of some other FPS booster? I don't know of any fps boost, but change the sliders to 21, 15, 10 in that order and everything will still look good and if your sliders are lower then that then sorry i don't know how to help.
